This week in our household.....

What a face. In daddy's uniform. Hard to keep him still to get the shot.

Mr. Hotshot

What a face. His teacher is sweet to give these to the kids for their birthdays.

The birthday boy

So this week was kinda quite. After last week I needed it. Jon had to work this weekend so Jonathon and I have been doing his crafts and playing with his new toys. I kept being told "no mom the Lego goes here". Needless to say mom can't build a Lego helicopter.

The biggest thing is RAYS ARE AL EAST CHAMPIONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tampa and St. Petersbrug are going crazy. I am trying to get EJ a shirt or hat, but of course everywhere is sold out. I can't wait for the playoffs. EJ and I text during just about the whole games to stay up to date. I need a pillow to throw at the TV when stupid plays are made. I also need it during a football game (could of used it this weekend for the Gators and Bucs game). Least we won the Bucs game.

Jonathon had a good week at school. 5 smiley faces. Had his pictures taken at school this week. He tells me he smiled pretty, we shall see. He probably has a goofy smile.
I have kept up with cleaning one room a day. So proud of myself. If you only knew how I was before on the cleaning of the house. My bedroom was Friday. Took the WHOLE day. Hadn't dusted in forever so I had a lot of work to do. I am so happy that it is done and feel so much better in my beautiful clean bedroom. New weekend starts tomorrow, dusting living room. Got to love living in FL and dust.
I hope that everyone is doing fine and I will talk to you soon. Love to all....

Jonathon's 6th Birthday

So today is my youngest son's 6th birthday. I was talking to another mom earlier today and the birth of a child you can remember almost minute to minute how things went and on your wedding day its a blur. Jonathon woke up and ran into our room saying WAKE UP!! Its my birthday did you forget? HM no, just the alarm hasn't gone off. Then he said you are going to miss it. So off to school he goes with his bag of cookies for his friends in his class. A girl in his class had a birthday today too so they had cupcake too. Can you say sugar high! After school Jonathon and I went and visited his previous PreK school and gave his teacher there a thank you letter for his gift Saturday at his party. It was so cute to see all the younger kids run up to him and say "Jonathon Jonathon, are you coming back?" These kids are 3, 4, and 5 yr old. It was way cute. All the teachers gave him hugs and a few little gifts they keep. I love that school. I am hoping to do some volunteer work there too. So we get home and Jonathon opens his gifts we have for him. I went today and with the gift card he got from Momma Diane (next door neighbor) and Aunt Linda, I got him his Transformer movie he wanted. Then of course there was 2 Speed Racers DVD's and a new Speed Racer hat. He was happy. Now he is asking when his next present day is. What a kid. Jonathon was asked where he wanted to go for his birthday dinner and he choose the Chinese buffet, yummy. He must of been reading my mind. He had to put his own food on his plate because, "I am 6 now mom I am not a baby." Oh I see alot of this to come.

So that is the excitement of our day. A special day that brought Jonathon into our lives 6 yrs ago tonight and has been a blessing since the minute he was born. He was 6 weeks early and has been off and running ever since. No patient...hm wonder where he gets that from??

Off to get ready to watch season premiere of Without a Trace. Hope everyone had a great day :)

TAKE OFF!!!

Well I am coming up to date and starting a blog. Coming out of the stone age. I have not much to say but I can and will talk about my family and wonderful friends that I care so much for. I am a stay at home mom and a wife. I am mom to EJ, just graduated high school and is the first true love of my life. I am mom to Angel Timmy who blessed our lives for just a very short time. My third wonderful son is Jonathon. He is my Dennis the Menace. He just started kindergarten this year. He can come up with things I would never think a 6 yr old could. He loves putting Legos together and amazes me and Jon everyday. Then there is Jon. My high school sweetheart. My first love, my first real kiss. We have been married coming up on 9 yrs in Jan. We both married other people for different reason, might blog that story around anniversary time. Jon is a Corporal for Pasco County Sheriff Dept. and works in the Detention area. He loves his job and loves that he can support us so I can stay at home and be a mom. I do volunteer at Jonathon's school and am an active member of the PTO.

So I will close on my first entry. See what else I can find to place on this blog thing. I seen others having really cool blogs so I know its out there.

Have a nice day/night and will write more later.
